Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vernon, BC.
This role is an essential part of our clinical operations team, supporting the coordination of patient scheduling, clinical records, and day-to-day administrative functions for our in-reach and student clinic programs. The successful candidate will support patients, students, supervisors, and faculty while helping create a welcoming and organized clinical environment.

What You’ll Do
Clinical Administrative Support
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, schedules, and program details
- Coordinate appointment bookings, schedule changes, and confirmations
- Process patient payments in collaboration with the Finance department
- Maintain accurate patient records, files, and reports
- Monitor and maintain patient waitlists
- Work closely with the Clinical Director, supervisors, faculty, and administrative staff to support smooth clinic operations
- Support the Clinical Director with day-to-day administrative operations
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a medical office or office administration role
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence in learning new software systems
- Experience with medical terminology or scheduling software such as Jane App is considered an asset
