Pivotal Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to join a well-established food manufacturing facility in Cambridge. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have experience operating both Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.

Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, transport, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
- Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders for distribution.
- Perform inventory movements while ensuring product accuracy.
- Supply production areas with materials as needed.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any operational concerns.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas.
- Follow all company policies, GMP standards, and workplace health & safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Valid forklift certification.
- Minimum one year of experience operating both Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer and communication skills.
Pay: $18.00-$24.53 per hour
