General Labourer (Seasonal)

Hiring for mid March, beginning of April
CBO Earthworks is hiring skilled, full-time General Labourers to join our team for the 2024 construction season. We're looking for hard-working individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and physically capable of working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Load, unload, and deliver materials, tools, and supplies to and from job sites
- Operate hand and power tools, and assist equipment operators and foremen as required
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Follow directions from site supervisors and comply with safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from Head Office in Lacombe
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment and in physically demanding conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks
- Prior construction experience is preferred, but not required
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends as needed
- Employment Type: Full-time, Seasonal
