Intermediate Architectural Technologist
The Production Powerhouse | The Technical Translator | The Drafting Virtuoso
You know what separates good technologists from great ones? Speed paired with precision. The ability to move fast without cutting corners. To produce clean, accurate, buildable drawings that don't require a PhD to interpret.
We're looking for someone who gets it—who understands that residential drafting is part art, part science, and entirely about collaboration. You'll work as an extension of larger teams, bringing your technical expertise to help create original work that matters.
What You'll Be Doing
- Producing clean, efficient residential drawings in AutoCAD and REVIT (your superpower)
- Balancing production work with creative problem-solving
- Translating design intent into buildable, code-compliant construction documents
- Collaborating with our internal team and external partners
- Working on custom residential designs, production housing, and related projects
- Contributing technical expertise to help create original, high-quality work
What You Bring
- 3+ years of industry experience in residential drafting and design
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and building codes
- Speed and efficiency in production (without sacrificing quality)
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being a phenomenal team player
