We are a Japanese-inspired café by day and bar by night, looking for an experienced Cook to join
Our evening menu focuses on simple but well-executed dinner dishes designed to pair with cocktails and drinks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dinner dishes during evening service independently
- Set up and maintain your station for service
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Previous restaurant kitchen experience required
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
- Able to work efficiently during busy service
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Japanese or other Asian restaurants

- $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
