Daudet Creek Contracting is currently seeking an individual that is highly organized with a keen attention to detail. That individual would enjoy balancing changing workflows while ensuring excellent customer service on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will be generally responsible for ensuring multiple documentation streams are maintained efficiently and accurately. Will be part of the administrative team as an active participant supporting contract management.
Your duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide support to Project Managers
- Full cycle Accounts Receivable
- Aggregate manufacturing and inventory reporting
- DFA/LEM production and distribution for designated jobs
- Office supplies inventory management
- Support finance team and provide additional flexibility for vacation coverage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years in a busy office environment, preferably in the construction industry
- Ability to work well alone and in a team environment as needed
- Must be able to problem solve, organize and prioritize among multiple variables and successfully manage deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with a variety of computer software and apps. Proficient using MS Office.
Compensation package with room to negotiate based on successful candidates’ experience. Office hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm, 6-8 hour day required.
