Job Summary: The Manager, Franchisee Sourcing is responsible for identifying prospective franchisees to drive growth and profitability for the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and measuring strategic marketing and lead generation plans, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading initiatives to expand the company's restaurant footprint.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Toronto, ON.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Attract the highest quality prospective franchisees, marketing the opportunity externally through new ‘grass roots’ recruiting sourcing paths, conferences, and other partnerships with third parties to help attract best-in-class operators.
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including market research and competitive analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with third party agencies, advertising vendors, and content creation vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
Monitor and report on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present lead generation, lead conversion, and sales funnel reports to senior management regularly.
Abide by all state or provincial, federal, and local laws pertaining to franchise sales & disclosure information
3 to 5 travel trips per year depending on business demand for conferences and other boots-on-the-ground recruiting efforts
Skills & Qualifications:
Growth and entrepreneurial mindset with a great attitude and personality willing to roll-up his or her sleeves, be a team player, and adapt to varying and challenging demands of a dynamic business with a small team.
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in marketing, analytics, event planning, project management or a related role
Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Excellent organizational, project management, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and independently while developing innovative data solutions and creative lead generation campaigns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or other CRM, Tableau, and Google Analytics. Knowledgeable in Artificial Intelligence.

Base salary range of $105,000 – $125,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long-term incentive plan.
