About the Role
Paramount Properties is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-residential apartment building. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining high occupancy, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a small on-site team (2–4 staff).

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential apartment building
- Supervise and schedule on-site staff, including superintendents and cleaners
- Lead all leasing activities (inquiries, showings, applications, and lease preparation)
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Conduct suite inspections (pre- and post-tenancy) and annual inspections
- Administer rent collection, deposits, and arrears follow-up
- Respond to tenant concerns promptly and professionally
- Prepare notices, letters, and building communications
- Coordinate vendors and contractors; prepare and track purchase orders
- Maintain accurate tenant, contractor, and supplier records
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain strong curb appeal and overall property presentation
Qualifications
- BA or college diploma in a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in multi-residential property management or hospitality
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or other property management software is an asset
- Ability to obtain basic security clearance / criminal record check
