Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated hardworking Cart Retrieval Associate to join our team in supporting Ottawa and Surrounding Area. The Cart Retrieval Associate assists the team with retrieving shopping carts for various store locations. The ideal candidate for this role thrives to provide excellent customer service and enjoys working outdoors. This position involves frequent travel and working on the road. All tools and training will be supplied.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve shopping carts from streets and various locations
- Return shopping carts to store
- Maintain a clean truck and work environment
- Communicate with store manager
- Commute to and from various stores on a daily basis
- Able to work independently
- Communicate with supervisor daily to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restrictions
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted Class G driver’s licence. Current drivers abstract check will be required/performed
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is necessary
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years (for insurance purposes)
