Looking for a hardworking, positive, and reliable person that is dedicated to great food. We need a prep-cook for a part-time position.
General Duties:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
- Must have a valid food handling certificate.

Experience:
- line cook: 2 years (preferred)
- Prep Cooks: 2 years (required)
