Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the hotel’s financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and experience in hospitality or front desk functions. Multilingual and bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse guest base effectively.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and during check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using multi-line phone systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure data security
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, and coordinating guest services
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety and confidentiality
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment during overnight hours
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a consistent schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
Rémunération : 20,00$ à 25,30$ par heure
