What We’re Offering:
- Start part-time, with the opportunity to take on more consistent work over time based on your availability
- Training wage: $22/hour, increasing to $25–$30/hour for contractors
- Mileage compensation of $0.65/km (one way)
- Minimum 3-hour shifts
- Flexible scheduling — you can accept or decline jobs based on your availability

What We’re Looking For:
- Must be willing to provide a background check
- Cleaning experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Physical stamina for hands-on cleaning tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including some weekends
- Ability to track and invoice your hours after each clean or on a weekly basis is preferred
