Our client in Brampton, ON is actively looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.

Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and domestic and international travel arrangements.
Prepare daily schedules, executive briefings, reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, telephone calls, and business correspondence.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate preparation, scheduling, follow-up, and documentation.
Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and clients, vendors, business partners, government representatives, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action item trackers, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Project Coordination:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion.
Organize project meetings and facilitate communication among key stakeholders.
Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and objectives.
Track project progress and identify potential risks, delays, obstacles, and resource requirements.
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, action items, and resource allocation.
Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, records, and project updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects and strategic initiatives are delivered successfully and on schedule.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Travel domestically and internationally as required to support executive priorities and business operations.
Provide support outside regular business hours when necessary.
Perform additional executive support, administrative, and project coordination duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum three years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Administrative Professional, or similar role.
Experience supporting senior executives is strongly preferred.
Project coordination or project management experience is considered a strong asset.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced professional environment.
Additional language proficiency is considered an asset.
