Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sub-Contract Cleaner to provide exceptional cleaning services for Commercial properties Like bank, warehouse, medical office. Etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing cleaning tasks efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to work independently while delivering professional cleaning solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Who is independently be able to manage the contract without getting the complaints and work regarding SOP’s. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, usually kitchen sinks, bathrooms, concrete floor and office areas
- If you know carpet cleaning would be bonus.
- maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Manage time effectively to coMorley cleaning tasks for the various client
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring satisfaction
- Some urgent issues need to be resolved for the client sometimes, would be getting paid extra for that.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- When needed: Communicate clearly with clients regarding specific cleaning preferences or special instructions.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial cleaning or general cleaning
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail in cleaning.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards in cleaning.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
