We are looking for a relationship-focused, organized, and energetic Charity Client Account Manager to join our growing team.
About the Role
In this role, you will work directly with charity and non-profit clients, helping them place orders, respond to inquiries, and find the right solutions for their programs and initiatives. You will manage inbound requests, prepare quotes and orders, and build strong long-term relationships with organizations that make a difference in the community.
In addition to supporting active clients, you will occasionally reconnect with dormant or inactive accounts to rebuild relationships and introduce new opportunities and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound client inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with clients
- Build and maintain relationships with charity and non-profit organizations
- Conduct warm outbound calls to existing and prospective clients
- Re-engage dormant clients and reconnect them with our services and solutions
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate customer information and order details in CRM systems
- Support client retention and growth initiatives
QualificationsMandatory Requirements
- Experience working with charities, non-profits, or community organizations
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable handling phone and email communication daily
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
