Role:
We are looking for motivated rebar yard worker with experience to join our growing team in our Chilliwack branch. This person will be responsible for working in the steel yard, loading and unloading steel and using machinery to move, bend and cut steel. This position will appeal to someone who requires little to no supervision, is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors.

Ideal candidates for this job will have:
· Prior experience with reinforcing steel yard work
· Prior experience with equipment and zoomboom
· Ability to work with minimum supervision
· Proven ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment
Standard Job Duties:
· Bending and cutting rebar using machinery
· Safely operating an overhead crane.
· Operating machinery and zoom boom.
· Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
· Experience as a Shear Operator, Crane Operator, Bender/Auto Operator
