Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, outboards, and more
- Perform pre-delivery inspections, maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs
- Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Complete accurate and detailed repair documentation
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians
Qualifications
- Mechanical experience in powersports, automotive, small engines, or marine
- Strong attention to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and participate in manufacturer training
- Valid driver’s license
Previous powersports experience is considered an asset but is not required. Candidates with the right skills and attitude will be supported in developing their abilities.
