We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and/or Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help build and grow our mental health services while collaborating with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Osteopaths, and other healthcare professionals.

Hybrid Work Opportunity
The successful candidate may provide services:
- In-person at our London clinic
- In-person at our Strathroy clinic
- Virtually from home (based on client needs and mutual agreement)
A flexible hybrid schedule is welcomed.
Client Population
The successful candidate may work with individuals experiencing:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Stress and burnout
- Trauma and PTSD
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions and adjustment difficulties
- Relationship concerns
- Chronic pain
- Concussion-related mental health concerns
- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) injuries
- Disability and return-to-work challenges
- Teen and adult mental health concerns
Experience with couples and family counselling is considered an asset but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy and counselling services
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients and referral sources
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team when appropriate
- Complete reports and third-party documentation as required
Qualifications
- Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
OR
- Registered Social Worker (RSW/MSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
- Master's degree or higher in a related field
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or training in one or more of the following areas:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- EMDR
- Trauma-Informed Care
- Chronic Pain Management
- MVA Rehabilitation
- Concussion Recovery
- Couples Counselling
- Grief Counselling
- Return-to-Work and Disability Support
Ability to provide services in a second language is considered an asset.

Compensation is based on a competitive contractor revenue split and will vary depending on caseload, availability, and experience.
Additional compensation may be available for extensive third-party reports, disability paperwork, and insurance documentation beyond routine charting requirements.
