We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Personal Support Workers who enjoy flexible scheduling and want the opportunity to pick up shifts that fit their lifestyle. Whether you're looking to supplement your current role, ease into retirement, or simply want casual work with variety — this could be a great fit.
We are committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care across Long-Term Care and community-based settings. As service needs evolve in the region, successful applicants will be offered shifts on a casual, as-needed basis.
As part of our casual pool, you’ll be contacted when shifts become available based on client needs in Long-Term Care Homes across the region.

Please note: This is a casual, as-needed role. While there are no guaranteed hours, many of our pool members appreciate the flexibility and variety this model offers
What You’ll Be Doing
As a PSW with TLC, you will:
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including:
- Skin, hair, and oral care
- Bathing, toileting, and peri-care
- Assist with ambulation, feeding, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being
- Follow established care plans, policies, and procedures
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
What We’re Looking For
- PSW certificate from a recognized Canadian institution
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check (within 6 months)
- TB test (within 6 months)
- Proof of second dose of COVID-19 vaccination
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Compassionate, adaptable, and professional
- Comfortable working in different care settings
