Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server and also Store Manager Trainee to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure a positive dining experience, and maintain high standards of food safety and hospitality. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, customer relations, and food handling within a lively and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols diligently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with food preparation or barista duties as needed to support the team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
- A positive attitude with a genuine interest in providing outstanding guest experiences
