About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and supportive Operations Coordinator to join our leadership team.
This is a dynamic role supporting multiple licensed child care centres throughout the Fraser Valley. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll help ensure our centres operate smoothly while supporting Centre Managers, educators, children, and families. No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working collaboratively.
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate
- Valid BC Driver's Licence with reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple child care locations

Responsibilities
Working alongside the Operations Manager, you will:
- Support the day-to-day operations of multiple child care centres
- Act as the primary support contact for Centre Managers
- Provide coaching, guidance, and operational support to Centre Managers
- Conduct regular operational follow-ups to ensure centres are meeting company expectations and maintaining high standards
- Monitor compliance with licensing regulations, health authority requirements, and company policies and procedures
- Conduct quality assurance visits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Review payroll for accuracy
- Follow up on operational concerns and assist Centre Managers with action plans
- Support parent concerns and attend parent meetings when required
- Coordinate supply ordering and inventory tracking for all centres
- Assist with staffing support, including stepping into classrooms or covering breaks when needed
- Support licensing inspections, documentation, and ongoing regulatory compliance
