As they continue to expand their operations in Victoria, they're looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support a significant pipeline of upcoming work.

The Role
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they're delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with Superintendents, consultants, clients and senior leadership, you'll play a key role in driving successful project outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to occupancy.
- Managing project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Leading procurement and subcontract negotiations.
- Managing contracts, change orders and risk.
- Coordinating consultants, clients and project stakeholders.
- Supporting and mentoring project teams.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
About You
We're interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers who have:
- Proven experience delivering multifamily, mixed-use or large residential construction projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
- Experience managing project schedules, procurement and subcontractor relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A collaborative leadership style and a passion for delivering quality projects.

Pay: $130,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
