Key Responsibilities
- Work on the production line to support daily manufacturing output and operational targets.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials or finished products as required.
- Perform basic quality assurance checks to help ensure products meet standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Follow workplace procedures, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
- Complete other general labour and production duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.85 per hour.
- 12-hour shift premium: Additional $0.70 per hour when working 12-hour shifts.
- Night shift premium: Additional $0.70 per hour when working nights.
