Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize 4-6-digit advertising budgets across multiple platforms
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with client goals, KPIs, and growth objectives
- Plan, set up, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels
- Set up and support key tracking tools, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, events, and platform-specific tracking requirements
- Ensure campaigns are properly structured before launch, including targeting, budgets, ad creatives, landing pages, tracking, and conversion goals
- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, explain results, answer questions, and provide clear recommendations for improvement
- Prepare campaign performance reports, insights, and action plans for clients and internal stakeholders
- Analyze campaign data, market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, development, SEO, and marketing teams, to improve campaign performance and client outcomes
- Manage client relationships with professionalism, clarity, and accountability
- Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, policy changes, industry trends, tracking changes, and emerging technologies
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, scalability, reporting accuracy, and overall client satisfaction
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing online advertising campaigns
- Proven track record of planning, launching, managing, and optimizing ROI-positive campaigns
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Experience setting up campaigns directly within advertising platforms, including campaign structure, targeting, budgets, creatives, tracking, and conversion goals
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, pixels, events, conversion tracking, and performance measurement
- Ability to explain campaign results clearly to clients and translate data into practical recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, campaigns, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, Microsoft Advertising, or other advertising platforms
- Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or lead management platforms
- Experience with landing page performance, SEO basics, local SEO, or conversion rate optimization
- Additional language skills
- Experience working in an agency environment
