We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on automotive accessories and services
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and warranty claims
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Help maintain and organize inventory in the showroom
- Coordinate with the Install Technicians and build work orders for installations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales, parts, or service is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Ability to understand technical products or services is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (ERP systems experience is an asset)
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Availability to work Saturdays
