About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 5+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of generating high-volume leads, managing digital marketing initiatives, and building brand awareness.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing our social media presence, optimizing campaigns through HubSpot, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation and business growth.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation, email campaigns, workflows, and reporting within HubSpot.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across all company social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, landing pages, lead nurturing, and content marketing.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay current with marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Assist with branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities as required.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a lead generation-focused environment.
- Extensive experience using HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, reporting, and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of high-volume lead generation strategies and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms for a business, including content planning, publishing, and engagement.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of projects.
Preferred
- HubSpot Certification (Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, or related certifications).
- Experience in the home services industry is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, paid digital advertising, and content management systems.
- Graphic design or video editing experience is an asset.
