To sell planned maintenance contracts along with professional service, quality parts and aftermarket products while obtaining/maintaining maximum market share.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Maintain awareness of competitive activity, including any pricing policies in the District as they relate to planned maintenance, service, parts, and new products.
Requires a high degree of cold-calling via the telephone. Setting appointments with decision-makers within industrial accounts is critical. Professional "On-the-Dock" presentations, equipment demonstrations, and written proposals are required. The ability to close orders is essential.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will not have supervisory responsibilities.
