Eden Salon Avalon Mall is looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our founding team as our Creative Director & Education Lead.

As our Creative Director & Education Lead, you'll help establish our technical standards, lead our education program and mentor the next generation of stylists. This is a hands-on, behind-the-chair position where you'll continue building your own clientele while helping shape the future of the salon.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring, blonding and styling services.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through outstanding guest experiences.
- Lead Eden's education program by coaching, mentoring and inspiring fellow stylists.
- Plan and deliver regular in-salon education sessions.
- Champion Redken colour techniques, Kérastase rituals and industry best practices.
- Help recruit, mentor and develop future Eden stylists.
- Work closely with the Salon Manager to build a positive, supportive and professional salon culture.
- Maintain the highest standards of consultation, technical excellence and guest care.
- Help shape Eden's service standards and guest experience as the salon grows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of professional hairstyling experience.
- Advanced cutting, colouring and blonding skills.
- Passion for education, mentorship and continuous learning.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Professional, positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Established clientele or the ability to quickly build one.
- Excited by the opportunity to help build a new premium salon from the ground up.

Compensation
This is a full-time commission position with a competitive commission structure based on experience, technical expertise and leadership.
