Duties
- Engage with customers in a lively, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Assist customers with merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-presented and accessible.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Upsell additional items or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain organized stock levels, assist with inventory management, and ensure shelves are tidy and well-stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person while demonstrating effective communication skills.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Proven experience in retail sales, especially in technology or product-focused environments.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features.
- Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing time efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
