Job Description:
As a Bartender at Bridgewater Brewery, you’ll craft creative cocktails, serve our house-brewed beers, and provide an outstanding guest experience. We’re looking for someone with a deep knowledge of spirits, beer, and mixology techniques who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
- Develop and innovate seasonal cocktail menus using fresh ingredients
- Provide Exceptional Customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following all health and safety regulations
- Engage with guests by recommending drinks and sharing knowledge of our brewery offerings
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and track product usage
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years bartending or mixology experience required
- Brewery or craft cocktail experience
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, craft beer, and spirits
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Smart Serve Certified
- Passion for the craft beverage industry and a desire to learn
