In the role of Retail Sales Associate, your responsibilities include proactively delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, assisting other staff members, and ensuring customers enjoy a positive shopping experience.
Our team members are comfortable working with others and are just as comfortable working independently.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need in a proactive manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Merchandise products to and beyond store standard
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
