We are a modern, beautifully designed multidisciplinary wellness clinic located in New Westminster, beside Royal Columbian Hospital (223 Nelson's Crescent).
Our clinic provides integrated healthcare services including:
- Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)
- Acupuncture
- Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
- Physiotherapy
- Nursing (RN)
We are currently looking for 3 passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapists to join us as our founding team members.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each patient's needs.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using Jane App.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
New Graduates Welcome!
We warmly welcome newly graduated RMTs.
Mentorship and support will be provided to help you confidently transition into practice and build a successful patient base.
What We OfferCompetitive Commission
- Starting split: 75% (RMT) / 25% (Clinic)
- Experienced therapists are welcome to discuss a higher split (up to 80/20) based on experience and long-term commitment.
Flexible Schedule
- Open 7 days a week
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Full-time, part-time, or half-day schedules available.
- Choose the days and hours that fit your lifestyle.
Fully Equipped Treatment Rooms
- Brand-new premium hydraulic massage tables.
- Pregnancy pillow and other treatment equipment provided.
- Additional tools and equipment can be arranged whenever reasonably needed.
Complete Clinic Support
The clinic provides:
- Reception services
- Direct billing
- Jane App online booking and charting
- Professional laundry service
- Premium linens, oils, lotions, and all clinical supplies
- Marketing and patient acquisition support
