Overview
Kitchen and Bath Tune-Up is a growing, family-operated renovation company serving customers throughout Calgary. We value teamwork, accountability, clear communication, and pride in the quality of our work.
We are looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee active kitchen and bathroom renovation projects. This person will support the Project Manager, supervise field teams and subcontractors, monitor project quality and progress, and help ensure every customer has a positive renovation experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise installers, technicians, subcontractors, and other field workers across active kitchen and bathroom renovation projects.
- Conduct regular job-site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Review project scopes, drawings, measurements, selections, and installation requirements to ensure work is completed correctly.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding schedules, trades, materials, delays, deficiencies, and customer concerns.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues, create deficiency lists, and ensure outstanding work is completed promptly.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain accurate project notes, photographs, and progress updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in residential renovations or construction, with kitchen and bathroom renovation experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience supervising employees, installers, subcontractors, or multiple active job sites.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, finishing standards, plans, measurements, and scopes of work.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
