We are hiring a Sales Associate – flooring, carpet, kitchen and tile experts who want to build relationships, close big deals, and grow with us. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Sudbury.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver expert advice in flooring, carpet, kitchens and tile
- Upsell and close sales to maximize earnings
- Build lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and partners
- Coordinate installation projects with customers and crews
- What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years sales experience (flooring/building supply preferred)
- Strong product knowledge in flooring, carpet, and tile
- Installation management/coordination experience
- Driven, ambitious, and excited to grow with us
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Sudbury, Ontario
Base salary + commission
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
