The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle, contributing to a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a mix of recruitment, coordination, and hands-on administration, and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. Unlike larger organizations where HR roles can be more siloed, this role offers broad exposure and meaningful ownership.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Talent Coordination
- Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and reference checks
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, using creative sourcing methods (including proactive outreach)
- Recommend recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth
Onboarding & HR Administration
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support HR documentation, systems, and general administration
Office & Operational Support
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and general operations
- Manage PPE inventory and support health & safety
Team & Culture Support
- Support team engagement initiatives and internal events
- Contribute to a positive, organized, and collaborative workplace culture
- Help foster a positive, organized, and collaborative work environment
Payroll Support
- Support billing/payroll process for a group of therapists/employees according to their unique billing period
- Respond to inquiries and concerns regarding invoices/payroll
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative coordination
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Member of HRPA (optional)
- Experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed) and sourcing candidates
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, collaborative, and relationship-focused approach
- Healthcare experience is an asset
