Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementations
Job Summary
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, leading, and delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions across Dynamics 365 applications and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead solution architecture and design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
* Engage with business stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and strategic objectives.
* Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
* Define the overall solution architecture, including integrations, data migration, security, and reporting.
* Provide technical leadership to functional consultants, developers, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
* Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, governance standards, and enterprise architecture principles.
* Design integration strategies with third-party applications using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and Dataverse.
* Lead solution design workshops and facilitate architectural decision-making.
* Review solution designs, customizations, and code to ensure quality and maintainability.
* Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Support testing, deployment planning, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization.
* Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
* Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
* 8–12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
* Extensive experience with one or more Dynamics 365 applications (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, or Business Central).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Experience designing enterprise integrations using Azure services, APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or similar technologies.
* Strong understanding of Dataverse, security models, and data management.
* Experience leading multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
* Microsoft Azure certifications.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.
* Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
* Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
