Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tractor Operator to join team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of farm machinery and maintenance, with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, making sure the yard and surrounding areas are kept safe, clean, and well maintained. Applicants should be detail-oriented, physically capable of heavy lifting, and possess a proactive approach to equipment care and safety protocols.
Duties
- Operate tractors and related farm machinery
- Conduct routine maintenance on tractors and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and field activities
- Follow safety guidelines during operation of heavy machinery to prevent accidents or injuries
- Monitor yard conditions and report any issues promptly.

- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery and equipment maintenance

- Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged operation of machinery
