We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Automotive Technician (310S) to support our growing inventory needs. This position is dedicated to the inspection, reconditioning, maintenance, and repair of dealership-owned vehicles, including used vehicle inventory, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles, and wholesale units.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring inventory is prepared efficiently, safely, and to manufacturer standards for retail sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on used vehicle inventory, Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, and dealership-owned units.
- Complete CPO inspections and required repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and certification requirements.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Conduct vehicle road tests to identify and verify operating concerns.
- Perform safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet all regulatory and dealership standards.
- Accurately document inspection findings, repair recommendations, and completed repairs.
- Maintain productivity while ensuring a high level of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience performing vehicle inspections, reconditioning, and mechanical repairs.
- Knowledge of manufacturer certification standards and used vehicle reconditioning processes is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively with service, sales, and management teams.
