About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer to shape how HubFit looks and feels everywhere coaches and clients see us, moving fluidly between high-volume marketing campaign assets and bigger brand identity system work. You are a conceptual yet highly execution-focused designer who obsesses over typography, color, and layout, bringing a builder's mindset to scale a fast-moving visual identity.
What You'll Do
Marketing Creative: Design assets across social, email, and digital ads built to move fast and test well.
Brand Identity: Evolve and maintain HubFit's visual identity and design systems to keep them consistent as we scale.
Web & Landing Pages: Design marketing site experiences, landing pages, and conversion-focused campaign journeys.
Systems & Templates: Build a library of reusable templates and brand assets to help the team execute faster.
What You'll Bring
Visual Design Experience: 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in-house or agency side with exposure to SaaS, consumer apps, or tech brands.
Elite Core Fundamentals: A portfolio that shows deep mastery of typography, layout, color hierarchy, and a strong balance of both campaign assets and brand system work.
Premium Tool Fluency: High skill in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to cleanly manage templates, design assets, and web layouts.
High Ownership: A proactive operator comfortable translating rough briefs into polished, on-brand creative with absolute autonomy and minimal iterations.
Bonus Points
Passionate about, or have a background in, fitness or wellness.
Experience designing conversion-oriented marketing websites and landing pages.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up asset ideation, layout exploration, or visual variations.
