This co-op opportunity provides students with exposure to the retirement solutions and product management side of our Global Wealth & Asset Management business. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting retirement solution presentations, enhancing internal content platforms, managing product and marketing materials, and collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, distribution, compliance, and legal teams. This is a unique opportunity to build valuable business, communication, and project management skills while contributing to initiatives that support both advisors and clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in building and enhancing retirement solution presentations for a variety of audiences, including advisors, plan sponsors, and retail clients.
Update, standardize, and maintain presentation templates and visual materials to support consistent branding and messaging.
Support the design, organization, and ongoing enhancement of internal content portals and resource libraries.
Assist with content organization, tagging, metadata management, and navigation structures to improve user experience and searchability.
Help manage the lifecycle of product, sales, and marketing materials, including tracking, reviewing, updating, and retiring content.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to validate content and ensure materials remain current and accurately reflect product information.
Support reporting and analysis activities, including content inventories, usage metrics, feedback summaries, and dashboard preparation.
Participate in meetings and cross-functional initiatives involving product, marketing, sales, distribution, compliance, and legal teams.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve processes, communications, and content management practices.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with stakeholders from various functional areas.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a fast-paced professional environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Salary range is expected to be between:
$40,950.00 CAD - $56,550.00 CAD
The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work term.
