ONLY CANDIDATES WITH A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE AND VEHICLE WILL BE CONSIDERED
As a Cleaner you will:
- Perform cleaning for an established client five days a week (Monday - Friday). Cleaning duties include: Dusting and cleaning vents and surface areas (of heights up to 10 ft), general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of varied floor surfaces; vacuuming - may perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed; disposing of trash from bins and containers; polishing furniture and room accessories as needed; scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms; cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors – all to the established expectations of Company clients.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products (supplied by the Company); identify when replacements or repairs are required.
- Provide on-site client service and support; interact with customers, general public as a representative of the Company. Troubleshoot customer concerns; escalate to management when required.
- Ensure job site safety by following all safe work procedures, policies and processes.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Be reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job duties.
- Have excellent time management skills, be organized and able to follow a schedule.
- Have your high school diploma or equivalent, with strong communication skills to work closely with clients and the public.
- Be physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning required. Previous cleaning experience an asset, as well as WHMIS 2015 certification.
- Be able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. (Not required, but an asset)
- Have a valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver’s Licence in good standing and your own vehicle. (Not required, but an asset)
