Family/Estate Associate (3–7 Year Call)
We are currently seeking a lawyer with 3–7 years of post-call experience to join a growing and collaborative practice.
Experience in family law and/or estate law is preferred; however, we are also interested in speaking with lawyers from other practice areas who are looking to transition into family and estate law. The ideal candidate is client-focused, enjoys working as part of a team, and is committed to providing exceptional service.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with and be mentored by senior counsel while developing your own practice. Candidates who have an existing client base are welcome to bring it with them, although this is not a requirement.
The successful candidate must be called to the Bar of British Columbia and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, an interest in appearing in court, and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift or urgent matters arise. A willingness to work additional hours when required is also important.
We offer a supportive and professional work environment that is collaborative, fast-paced, and committed to promoting both career development and work-life balance.
