Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and commercial spaces
- Operate cleaning tools and products safely and effectively
- Complete laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Prepare simple meals or snacks when requested
- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies to support smooth daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client needs professionally
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding preferences and special instructions
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; French language skills are considered an asset
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently within assigned timeframes
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Strong verbal communication abilities
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Basic cooking skills for light meal preparation when needed
