Service Advisor
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy building relationships and helping people? Walkerton Toyota is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
As the first point of contact in our service department, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience by:
- Greeting customers and listening to their vehicle concerns.
- Scheduling service appointments and preparing repair orders.
- Explaining recommended maintenance and repair work clearly and confidently.
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Working closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
- Processing completed repair orders and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promoting Toyota maintenance programs, accessories, and value-added services when appropriate.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Computer proficiency (experience with dealership software is an asset).
- Automotive knowledge or previous dealership/service advisor experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.
