We specialize in expert bra fittings, lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear, offering a personalized shopping experience, and superior customer service that keeps our customers coming back. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy connecting with people, have an eye for fashion, and take pride in providing exceptional service we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm, supportive environment
- Provide professional and discreet bra fittings (training provided)
- Find and recommend suitable products that work for the customers' lifestyle and needs
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product fit, fabrics, features, and benefits across a diverse inventory of specialized styles
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Work with a point-of-sale system that keeps track of inventory, transactions and customer profiles
- Help keep the boutique clean, organized and inviting
- Support daily store operations and merchandising
What we are looking for:
- Previous retail sales and customer service is an asset
- Interest in fashion, lingerie, or personal styling is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working one on one with customers
- Rapport with customers that make them feel safe and comfortable in bra fittings
- Professional, dependable and self motivated
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Lingerie experience preferred, but retail experience in women's fashion is acceptable

Position: Permanent part-time, but could lead to full time for the right candidate
Schedule: 9:45-5:15 between 3-4 days a week
Location: In person 431 5th St, Courtenay BC
