We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our production team. Successful candidates will be involved in cutting and/or assembling roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in measuring, cutting, and preparing lumber for truss production
- Assemble trusses according to engineered drawings and shop procedures
- Operate tools and equipment safely (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- No prior truss experience required – training will be provided
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Physically fit and able to lift materials
- Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
- Previous construction or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
