Our client, located in Mt. Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment. The role will support customers, process orders, and contribute to account growth.
- Process and price customer orders, including custom orders.
- Coordinate timely and cost-effective shipping.
- Prepare quotes and follow up with customers.
- Process invoices and receiving reports using JDE.
- Maintain customer pricing and submit stock requisitions.
- Make outbound sales calls, upsell accounts and prospect for new business.
- Provide after-sales support and assist with customer retention.
- Previous customer service or inside sales experience.
- Building supplies industry experience is an asset.
- Strong computer, communication and problem-solving skills.
- ERP experience is an asset.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive, adaptable and eager to learn.
