We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Martial Arts Instructor to join our team. Duties
- Conduct engaging martial arts classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Develop lesson plans that incorporate fundamental techniques, forms, and sparring exercises
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training sessions
- Maintain a clean and organized training area
- Foster a respectful and motivating atmosphere that promotes discipline and confidence among students
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching martial arts, with certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of martial arts techniques, forms, and safety procedures
- Ability to teach students of diverse ages and skill levels with patience and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students
- Prior experience in teaching or coaching is desirable but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to creating a positive learning environment
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
