Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager to join our CPA firm. At least 5 years of post qualification experience is likely required. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee year end files, manage client relationships, and work with a team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in tax and accounting , with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. This position is integral to maintaining our firm's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Duties
- Lead and supervise non-assurance and tax engagements.
- Some US tax knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Manage risk assessment processes and develop strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks for clients
- Provide expert guidance on accounting policies, procedures, and compliance issues
- Utilize accounting software to streamline workflows and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain strong professional relationships
- Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
- Extensive experience in accounting and tax.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively
- Proficiency with accounting software platforms
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and multiple client engagements
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and presenting findings clearly

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
