What We're Looking for:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and committed to quality workmanship
- Experience in diagnostics, repair and reading schematics
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, including electrical and mechanical components
- Spanish speaking is an asset but not a requirement
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform repairs including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems
- Utilize welding, assembly, and maintenance skills to complete repairs efficiently
- Assist with vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance procedures
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and service recommendations
- Assist in training or mentoring apprentices or junior technicians as needed
